    Wayne Doherty has been living illegally full time in this commercial storefront at 169-C West Springfield Street for about 13 or 14 years. He owns 4 legal residential units directly next door, yet he lives in a storefront illegally with only a toilet, nothing else. He has been exhibiting increasingly unusual behavior. Someone from the city should look in on him.
