Adult male resident of 15 Pleasantdale Rd, West Roxbury has been blowing his yard leaves onto the street for several weeks. I previously reported this and was told the this ordinance is “unenforceable “. I’m attaching proof of the continual incident photos which show leaves blown from the back to front yard and then, blown onto the street blocking the sewer drain. In addition, I have videos showing the leaf dumping, but am unable to attach. I hope this will help Public Works enforce the ordinance that prevents residents from dumping their leaves on the street and with the wind, onto other residents’ properties.
