139 Whitfield St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124Hello, I write because I noticed a trash can on the street holding a spot outside 139 Whitfield St 02124 since January. The trash can does not belong to the residents of 139 Whitfield. Could someone from your office please place a sign on the can stating that parking spot holding on the street is not allowed outside of snow emergencies and that the can must be removed? The can is all black and looks like a nice one that the owner probably would not like to lose. The can was on the street as of this morning. Thank you
