    This is getting ridiculous. When is BTD going to take care of this matter. Chevy van plate number 4SNX92 has no residential permit and has been parked in this spot since December! It had not moved once. It is taking up a spot that a resident could use rather than parking blocks away! PLEASE do something. I took this picture yesterday, Jan 18. It is now 6:45 AM on Monday Jan 19. Can someone come by and start timing this vehicle? PLEASE!

    Life Alive constantly had the trash out I always see rats coming out of it and they seem to have a place to put this garbage but don’t use it. You touch the black bin and you can feel how empty it is.
