At Chestnut Hill Ave B Line stop, snow is not shoveled nor salted at the platform entrance by Strathmore Road. It was not taken care of last snow storm and now today 2/7/26 it continues to be neglected. Considering that no path has been made to enter the platform from the area that HAS been shoveled, the only way for commuters to enter the train is by walking over the iced and snowy path beginning at strathmore rd. There are foot prints ON the track due to the snow that has iced over on the path (see photos). Please clear a path on both inbound and outbound platforms at the intersection of strathmore rd. These conditions are hazardous and pose severe risk to commuters. I have already slipped and fallen numerous times in this area due to the last snow storm.

Salt/sand needed for Paul Gore Terrace

The enforcement for illegal parking in a handicapped parking space on Broadway has been an utter disgrace. I have asked for assistance to multiple offices in city hall over the last two months to no avail. We have an elderly permanently disabled woman battling cancer repeatedly have the HP spot taken by unregistered and no HP placard park for days in the designated HP spot without as much as a ticket. This woman is battling Cancer and needs the assistance of a wheelchair to go to her treatments. Uncaring people constantly park in that space. It would help if the second sign was put back up to emphasize the illegal parking but has gone ignored. People clearly ignore the one sign with an arrow clearly indicating no parking up the hill. Now we cannot only park in that space but cannot access the street either bc they even blocked the shoveled access point. To get to the car we have to maneuver the sidewalk up the street to an unclear driveway. The city has not been a friend to disabled. Thanks for not caring. Beyond disgusted at the lack of attention.
