Hello, I’m concerned about the condition of the property, as it appears to be abandoned or unoccupied. The grass, weeds, and other vegetation have become severely overgrown and are beginning to extend into and affect my backyard. I have also recently noticed increased rodent activity, including rats, outside my home and in my backyard. I’m concerned that the overgrown and unmaintained property may be contributing to the rodent activity. I’m especially worried about the rats eventually finding their way into my home, as I have a small child. I’m not sure what the current status of this property is or whether there are plans for the owner or the City to address its condition. I would appreciate it if the property could be inspected and the overgrown vegetation and possible rodent activity addressed. I would also appreciate any information regarding what happens with properties that remain abandoned or unmaintained for an extended period of time. Thank you for your assistance.

Please remove the no turn on red sign up top on the gantry. The whole point of putting the digital sign in was to improve traffic flow and make sure no one was taking a right turn while pedestrians are crossing. We don’t need the old metal sign anymore.
