    Taxicabs are creating an informal taxi stand on the right most lane on Arborway RT 203 in front of Forest Hills station where they invade the lane needed for right turns onto Hyde Park. Their taxicab was moved off to Washington St. Please ticket and also remove the snow. Right now this is a dangerous situation with these taxicabs idling on the roadway.
