    Mill St & Victory Rd

    New mcmorrow park on victory road. Needs sign for noise ordinance, no playing of vulgar music and to refrain from inappropriate language. I live right next to the park, and since its been open people are trying to bring their children there and there are others who are older playing music with vial language. They are also screaming, swearing constantly and staying well past the dawn til dusk curfew. Is there a way to post rules of the park and having someone monitor the park. I hate to call the police because they have other issues to deal with but if I have to go that route, I will.
