Broken Public Waste Receptacle

A recycle barrel is needed on the corner of Melrose and Charles Street South. There was s two chamber Bug Belly there for years. It disappeared about two weeks ago. We are volunteers in the Bay Billage neighborhood who help pick up recycling materials from the area and place it in the recycling barrel. Also passers by who are drinking , eating etc. use it. We also remove recyclables from the park barrrls and put it in the recycling barrel. Once again we need a barrel that can be used for recycling. Thanks
