Illegal Parking

AGAIN I’m reporting this illegally parked van. It was parked down a bit for 22 days without moving. When it moved, that very afternoon it was parked here. This was 3 days before the snowstorm. It is now 4 days since the storm. It’s the only car in this street I shoveled AND taking up a residents spot. Please please come and at least ticket it! He’s gotten away with a total of 29 days parking in a resident spot 24/7. This is totally unacceptable
