    I am an elderly resident living on Oldfields Rd, Dorchester, MA 02121, which is a dead-end street. The sidewalk is completely unsafe and not passable. Snow and ice have not been properly cleared, and the street itself has also not been adequately plowed. Because the sidewalk was blocked and icy, I was unable to walk safely. At one point, I had to crawl on my knees just to get out. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable, especially for elderly residents and anyone with mobility issues. This condition poses a serious safety hazard and needs immediate attention. Please ensure the sidewalk is properly cleared and treated, and that the street is fully plowed so residents can safely leave their homes. Thank you for your prompt assistance.
