    THIS CONSTRUCTION INFRONT IF MY HOUSE NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!!!!! IT SHOULD BE PROMPTED TO START DURING THE HOURS AFTER 5am WHY DO I HAVE TO GO TO WORK WITHOUT ANY SLEEP , THIS PEOPLE DONT STOP ALL NIGHT AND START AGAIN BANGING AT 4AM ITS INSANE!!!!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SHIT!!!!!! ITS ABSURD . I EVEN CONFIRMED WITH THE OFFICER ON DUTY HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE HE WAS STANDING, HE WAS CLUELESS WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE TIME THIS WAS GOING TO END. SMH.
