    Please get a crew to head over to Downtown Crossing and fix this blown out part of the wall that you’ll see on the right side of the path leading to the long escalator up to Hawley St from the Red Line. I’ve been walking by this for a long time now. Does the city/MBTA not do walkthroughs of these stations? This is embarrassing. Please fix it. Thank you
