Disgusting odors and rancid liquids leaking from the dumpsters are severely worsening a local rat infestation. Furthermore, loose garbage still blows out of the bins, creating a widespread nuisance across the neighborhood. This is a consistent, ongoing issue that must be addressed immediately. We demand that an obstructing fence or enclosure be installed to permanently conceal and secure the dumpster area. This is beyond unacceptable now. I’ve filed numerous complaints about this area for along time now without ANY resolution.
