Please remove these orange barrels and cones on the corner of Beacham St in Charlestown. Can you also communicate to the T to please move their yellow bins to their property instead of the sidewalks bordering 31 Cambridge St. The property owner of 31 Cambridge St maintains this sidewalk in the winter and these yellow bins are encouraging trash, needles and other hazards to be hidden behind them. This is unfair to those who are responsible for shoveling. I want to get ahead of this now. There are two yellow bins on Beacham St in two different areas that need to please be moved. The last needle is gone now but it reoccurs behind these bins!
