    Bruce Irving's Dogs are dropping hard toys and bones above my unit. I am trying to sleep but his dogs are out of control. Jumping off the beds and the impact noise and the startle response everytime this is happening. I am really bad anxiety and this is worsening my condition and causing me sleep deprivation.
