    The entire city is in disarray; none of the pedestrian sidewalk and crosswalks in non residential areas have barely been shoveled and as the temperature continues to drop, the snow is freezing and creating further hazards. Even government owned facilities have taken no care in providing safe access to citizens during this whole ordeal. It's been a shameful and unsafe turn out. The city needs to do better.
