These items are being left in an area of the Boston Public Library near Nubian station. These items are placed low enough for a small child to reach and no one is monitoring them. These are harm reduction kits for heroin use. I am afraid to bring my child to the library anymore. This poses a safety threat to children and teens in Boston.
