    Noise violation: Moon villas customers are causing noise to be over 50 decibels at 2:30AM. Please have ISD restrict their operating hours to 11pm if they cannot control their customers. They are blasting music from their cars or delivery cars block the one way street causing traffic and honking. This is unacceptable on a street with apartments above the businesses. The businesses need to obey the ordinances.
