There is an overflowing trash bin on the opposite side of Webley St that has been sitting in this condition for the past four days (as of 8/8). I’m not sure which property it belongs to, but it may be associated with one of the nearby properties. The bin is overflowing with loose trash around it and is attracting rats.

To Whom it may concern, I’m writing to report excessive liter infront of 4 carol avenue in Brighton. There’s literally pieces of meat littered in front of the building. This is a huge concern considering there’s constant liter and rats in front of the building and surrounding areas. Can you please support with this issue?
