Construction area blocking view of oncoming traffic coming out of Vermont St onto Baker Street. The tarped fence blocks drivers view and extends to end of sidewalk making it nearly impossible to see oncoming cars and enter traffic safely. You have to drive well past the crosswalk to see. It’s a real hazard.
