    In 2025 , 254 arborway was sold. The new owners work only at night and they removed the entire first floor including doors, floors, walls and all in the middle of the night. Last week There was a truck parked across the sidewalk at 9 pm with people running to fill it with ??? The shades red are always drawn. No one is seen except an occasional smoker. They built an extra door in the back. Something weird has been going on for too long. Who owns this house and without a permit destroyed a beautiful home on the arborway ? It makes us nervous what they are doing? It’s not normal!!
