Non-emergency Noise complaint for upstairs unit: We are facing the constant noise from the upstairs unit in our building (1179 Boylston st unit 41, 5th floor). They move heavy furniture On daily basis, stomping on the floor unnecessarily, constant activities such as partying with multiple people, making our ceiling, walls, doors shaking entirely and heavily. Our ceiling now has multiple breakage due to their activities (1 image attached). It feels like harassment and torturing. Its been constant since past 4 months.
