Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

This curb cut continues to be blocked every day. My family member cannot walk in the neighborhood without an aide because you won’t enforce disability infrastructure laws. I have made about 20 complaints about this and they sit open for months. You know the city has to abide by the ADA and provide safe infrastructure for disabled residents right? We are paying for an aide at our own expense because the city won’t follow federal laws.
