Pruning Request

I took these trees a few years back they never resurface. Can someone come out here and give some tree services i’m not sure if I’m coming to the right department for these trees. I’ve been reporting a lot of these trees that are dead here. East Boston and I don’t see any of them getting services. Is there a different type of department I should be contacting

Sidewalk Repair
5-15 South St, Boston
Sidewalk on Kirkwood, near the corner of South Street in Brighton (back of the building with the addresses 5, 9, and 15 South Street, Brighton) is badly Broken, Scaling, and Fractured due to heavy trash trucks driving across it into the alley to pick up dumpster garbage every week. The condition is a hazard to pedestrians and cars that enter/exit the alley driving over the sharp, broken pavement that is pitted more than 5 inches deep. This condition is getting worse every week when the garbage trucks break off more pavement. I believe this was first reported a year ago but nothing has been done. It is NOT "normal deterioration" it is sidewalk pavement mostly DESTROYED.
