    Years of this dumpster being improperly managed. This property abuts mine. The rodents are a huge safety concern. My children have rats running back and forth while they’re outside playing. This is completely unacceptable. The landlord is proposing to add more units to his 2 existing buildings. I think that’s a terrible idea.
