Hi there! It seems that this apartment building has holes in their walls to drain water out onto the sidewalk. While in the summer time this is pretty gross in messy it is really dangerous in the winter causing ice to build up. The building’s solution of putting salt out does not always do the trick and still leaves a dangerous environment. This is on Centre street at a high traffic area. While walking with my disabled visually impaired friend we had to cross the street because she did not feel safe crossing this on the sidewalk. Can you please work with this building to move their drain so the sidewalk can be a safe place for all Boston residents including disabled folks? Thank you so much in advance for any work you might be able to do to resolve this.

Resident returned home from the hospital with his newborn and found that neighbors pushed their trash cans onto his property. He came home to find trash piled up and not brought out for trash pick up. Noting that 602R (his unit) is compliant in case 602 and other abutting properties need to be issued a ticket

There is broken glass on the sidewalk in front of 465 Cambridge St.
