Illegal Parking
Intersection Of Harrison Avenue Ext And Hayward Pl, Boston, MaAt approximately 12:30 AM on July 26, 2026, at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Avenue de Lafayette in Boston, three vehicles were stopped side-by-side across the roadway, completely blocking the street and preventing other vehicles from passing. I asked them to move and open up the roadway so that traffic could pass, but they refused and began yelling and cursing at me. While the vehicles were stopped, I personally observed the occupants passing what appeared to be marijuana between the vehicles through their windows and smoking inside the vehicles. They continued blocking the roadway while doing this. I have attached a photo showing the three vehicles positioned across the street and obstructing traffic.
