    Rats out at 4:30pm on June 1 while walking my dog. Huge rat in front of 15 Hardwick Street. Rat likely did not stop and wait for your visit 10 hours later. Someone DO SOMETHING!!! Closing this complaint may help your stats but it is not helping the rat problem & gives zero credibility to even contacting 311. 311 is such a disappointment!
