    Going south towards community College /Austin st from Everett on route 99 where there are two lanes headed to Austin st and others headed still for 99, the left lane going to Austin st has a big square of pavement patch that is depressed like a pothole causing car distress although it is harder to spot than a pothole unless you travel over it.
