    Sidewalks on Summer St and East First surrounding 6 Elkins St are not shoveled… this stretch of Summer St has a lot of foot traffic and people are being forced to walk in the street which is very unsafe considering how busy this street is. This needs to be taken care of ASAP before someone gets hit!
