    Once again placing a ticket regarding school buses on Walker, Russell, Wall, High, and Sullivan Streets. Completely outrageous. These streets are not made for big school buses. The buses block traffic twice daily which is incredibly inconsiderate of the property owners and tax payers in this neighborhood. Incredibly stupid to have large school buses on these small streets
