102 Saint Botolph St, Boston, Ma, 02115This bike has been here for four weeks and someone in a wheelchair on our street can’t get by. BTD ticketing folks said they would remove it next time the people with bike lock cutters is in the neighborhood. Thank you… the owners at 100 and 102 st botolph said they don’t know who’s bike it is
