Signs all over the main roads in Charlestown do not identify proper dates and times of Emergency Snow Removal. Residents of Charlestown were also NEVER notified this would be occurring. Many people unknowingly got their cars towed in an already dire parking situation. More communications need to be had when no dates or times are stated on the signage.
