1970 Dorchester Avenue. This building has been opened for about 2 years now. How did they get an occupancy sign-off from the City before it was completed. Besides these 2 pictures the Beale Street side has not been finished. Also the sidewalk both on Dorchester Avenue and Beale Street were never upgraded as part of the development of this property. This developer is proving to be a detriment to the Ashmont neighborhood
