3368 Washington St, Boston, MA 02130Hi, I live at 3368 Washington St. Jamaica Plain MA. It's Permanent Supportive Housing for the formerly homeless. Many of the tenants are addicts and mentally ill. About a month or two ago, someone moved in next door, Apt 310. I think they're selling drugs. There's constant foot traffic to that apt. by different people, frequent soft knocks, and arguing in the hallway, all hours of the day and night. etc. It's disturbing my right to quiet enjoyment as a tenant, and I don't feel safe. The cops can't catch it because they show up late, and the leasing office has historically ignored my complaints or only gave me lip service. I need the city to step in. I prefer to remain anonymous as much as I can to protect against retaliation.
