    Harvard Ave municipal parking lot white Kia has been parked with the 125kw charger connected for over 7 hours today. Continued to check to charge and went multiple times to find the same vehicle charge completed still plugged in. The other DC charger is not working. May want to think of implementing a fee like other chargers after an hour of charge being completed .
