    If mayor woo is going to tow residents on main roads for the snow emergency why don’t non residents get towed from our streets then there would be more spots for residents. These people don’t care about a $60 ticket especially if there’s 2-4 in the car. That’s pretty cheap to park for the weekend or longer. Illegal parking is illegal parking!
