ADDRESS/LOCATION NOTE: Address is 86 Charles St in Beacon Hill but the bins are located BEHIND the building, in between Mount Vernon Square and Pinckeney Street, in Public Alley 301. The address is in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mount Vernon Sq-- the location is in between the white and tan patio fences of these buildings. 86 Charles is a black door with 86 on it. Landlord has repeatedly refuses to.manage trash properly, even though it attracts rats, bugs, and smells into my apartment, which is next to the trash bins. I have tried addressing this with them for 3 years and my only way of holding them accountable table os through 311 since they refuse to manage things within the 410 CMRS and the City of Boston's health and sanitation code.
