121 Cottage St, East Boston, Ma, 02128Scaffolding still up at building even though no work has been done in over a month. No permit or anything posted about it. Now with the snow there is barely any space to walk infront of house. Had to help elderly woman through the tight space it causes earlier today. This is a safety issue and nuisance.
