Neighbors aren’t turning down their music. On Monday they started blasting their music at 1:30 AM. They didn’t stop until cops were called. Fourth of July, whatever, everyone is partying. Today, Sunday the 5th, they’re blasting music close to 11 PM on a school night. There’s a white car with a Michael Jackson looking decal on it, seems to be the main culprit. They always have speakers blasting.
