Construction Debris
119 Marlborough St, Boston, MA 02116There is an illegally placed porta potty in the front yard of 119 Marlborough St, Boston. Unit 3 in the building is doing construction and they placed the porta pottery in the yard specifically without condominium board approval. The board denied their request in March and they violate this direction in July. The condo board has asked them to move the porta potty repeatedly over the past couple weeks and they have refused, which is against condo policy. The porta potty is causing harm to other building owners. Can you please remove this immediately?
