Illegal Parking
32 Charter St, Boston, Ma, 02113
32 Charter Street resident constantly (daily) saving a handicap spot for a family member from NH, who hides their placard expiration date. They put out cones with "DO NOT TOUCH" This isn't fair to North End handicap residents that live on this street and have to drive around looking for a spot. The resident monitors the spot and yells at anyone who tries to park there.
