Non emergency but odd. Last night right at the end of the urban Nutcracker at the Schubert theater. A minivan stopped and then insisted on coming down the side street that the some of the people exit from during in only exit from but it seems to be a private road so there should be easy to figure out but it seemed odd that a car slow Road the rolled down pack street with people as a theater right when the theater show was ending in this world I just wanted to say something in case here are pictures to clarify I have no further information and I don't feel safe with the current government or anything to report to anywhere else, I only reporting because, the other guy in my group said the same thing. That it seemed odd. And he is someone I had just met. A new boyfriend of my wife's cousin.
