    Drug dealers, drug users and congested with people that don’t live on my street. They hang out in front or next to the store. It smells highly of urine. They block up the sidewalk. They’re coming in our yard urinating and stealing our packages. We have been homeowners for almost 26 yrs. The police need to come around more often or better yet just park on Wayland street and see what goes on around there. I’m beyond tired with this loitering and loud music from cars, vans or whatever. People on stolen mopeds etc.
