Long past time this nuisance hedge was removed or cut to the ground to regrow in a manageable form. Even in winter it blocks half the sidewalk due to its encroaching, overhanging nature. The lowest branches are at face height. A $15 fine will not compel the owners to deal with this mess. Irritatingly, many neighbors were fined last spring for very minor problems, yet this nuisance remains. 119 King St., Dorchester.
