Constituent states the roads inbetween W 4th and W 8th (constituent lives on gold st) have been torn up for months, contractor vehicles left on the streets taking up 30% of parking. There has been no outreach to the community about what work is happening or when it will be concluded and the roadways are in an awful state. Constituent is reaching out to PWD in hopes of figuring out the scope of the work and holding eversource accountable.]
