Intersection Of Guest St And Market St, Brighton, MaConstituent reports he was taking his puppy out while his wife was asleep. Constituent reports he noticed a tan sudan cruzing down the street.Constituent reports he didnt think anything of it until it banged a u-turn. Constituent reports it was the weirdest 15 seconds of his life.Constituent reports it may of been 10 seconds hes not sure,but it was weird. Constituent reports the weirdest part was the tan sudan drove past him again,and he hustled back into his penthouse hoped on the elevator of his six story apartment and just wanted to call 311/non emergency to ensure his safety.
