Waste and debris left through out the sidewalks at 180 HARVARD AVENUE ALLSTON, MA 02134 and neighboring businesses on this street. The waste includes plastic cups, paper and metal aluminum cans.The sidewalk is also broken throughout the street.I am a disabled person and I was injured trying to travel through all of the waste.There are waste cans available in the area but individuals still littering in our beautiful city during this weather.Please examine and remove all the litter and debris.Thank You

131 Dartmouth St, BostonBoston Environment Department, City of Boston Date: November 2, 2026 Subject: URGENT: Investigation of Excessive Overnight Construction Noise — Back Bay Station On November 2 at 12:23 a.m., the construction foreman turned on the motor powering the lighting towers along the Clarendon Street bus loop at Back Bay Station. The excessive noise is preventing nearby residents from sleeping and appears to exceed allowable decibel limits. Please investigate Commodore Builders and the foreman's repeated overnight operations, measure the noise levels, and determine whether they violate City noise regulations. Require daytime recharging or an alternative solution that does not disturb residents overnight.
