After not plowing any of the street parking spots in Beacon Hill this winter despite the huge amounts of snow, how is it possible that your meter maids are ticketing people after street cleaning on the first week this spring even if we’ve moved our car to allow the street to be cleaned. Multiple residents have received tickets after the Street Cleaning has already happened. Are residents expected to drive around for 3 hours waiting until noon even after the street has been cleaned? As you know, parking is extremely limited in this neighborhood and there are always construction signs that reduces the parking even further. This seems unjust. Kindly respond.

This car was illegally parked in the loading zone at 250 1st Ave in Charlestown for at least 12 hours when I took these pics. Please enforce this tow zone

There is a sanitation and pest issue in the common areas of my building. Maintenance removed items from a neighboring unit, leaving a visible trail of debris from the unit, down the stairwell, and outside the building. Since then, roaches have been observed in the hallway and near apartment doors. Photos show debris and pest activity in shared areas. The hallway and stairwell have not been cleaned. This is creating unsanitary conditions for residents.
