    Yesterday, July 26th at 3pm, a gang of teenagers emerged from the Boston Commons on electric bikes, riding the wrong way on Charles Street. They were harassing drivers by weaving in and out of traffic, doing wheelies in the middle of the intersections and running red lights. Cycling should be monitored in Boston before someone is killed.
