280 Commonwealth Ave, BostonOn October 14, 2026, around 10pm, I saw more than six rats running between trash bags in the rear alley behind 280 Commonwealth Ave. When I tried to reach my car through the building's back alley door, rats were running from under one parked car to another, making it difficult to get to my vehicle safely. The trash bags left in the alley appear to be attracting them. Please send ISD Environmental Services to inspect and treat the alley (baiting and any burrows) and to check trash storage by the properties that share this alley. I am a unit owner at this address and can help arrange access to the rear area if needed.
