    The handicap stall in the men’s restroom of Empire Garden Restaurant located at 690 Washington St is perpetually out of service because it is being used for the storage of cleaning supplies, etc. They either won’t fix it or won’t let people use the handicap stall on purpose. This might be in violation of ADA law(s). Please take enforcement actions to correct.
