    Cars continue to be parked up and down Kelton street despite snow emergency being declared. Last snow storm the city did not enforce parking rules/tow vehicles which became a major issue after the storm. These cars need to be towed in accordance with snow emergency rules to ensure streets are properly cleaned/cleared
