96 Bunker Hill St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129My dog got electrically shocked on the sidewalk on lower bunker hill street. She was crying and I thought it was the sidewalk salt, so I picked her up and when I did, my finger touched the sidewalk and I was zapped too. Eversource was there were, but there were no cones or cautionary things telling people to avoid the area.
