7 Tip Top St, Brighton, Ma, 02135Someone put “no parking construction” signs on Tip Top street in Brighton, but there are no dates on them. It just says 6:00 am - 5:00 pm. Don’t they need to get permission from the city to do that? They are just parking their own vehicles there. Shouldn’t there be days listed? Can construction start at 6:00 am? And there is nothing blocking the sidewalk from the debris and equipment which seems danger
