27 29 Stuart St, Boston, Ma, 02116Where's the traffic police? Between Tremon Street and Stuart Street, cars are stopped in one lane, preventing traffic from moving quickly. What a mess! And there's no one around to ticket these irresponsible drivers. Also, those traffic lights should stay on longer to improve traffic flow, and they should use cameras to monitor traffic. Changing the lights depends on the traffic situation. This is like a third-world country.
