Insane light shining directly into apartment. 5 Quincy ct. light is located at 193 north street behind the play structure which is adjacent to the dog park on Richmond street. Please turn off or shield or dull the light. Photo time stamped at 10:14pm & it looks like broad day light. Can’t sleep with these lights.
