    Effie's restaurant is charging a fee to consumers using credit cards. I am aware that they're allowed to offer a discount to those paying with cash, but they are NOT doing that. They don't specify that the prices listed on the menu are the "cash" prices & have been charging customers extra for years without penalty. Code enforcement & the appropriate authorities should look into this. Should it be brought up to the Attorney General?
