    Hi my name is Andy and I live at Washington street Dorchester 02121 We the residents cannot find parking on the street because there is a workshop that park there customer car for months without moving them Presently we have 5 vehicles that’s park on the road making it difficult for us the resident to find parking Do we need a petition to submitted to the city of Boston before action can be taken ?.
