This is disgusting and so bad for our environment. The City needs to step up and figure out how to handle the constant littering in Chinatown. Residents don’t deserve to live in filth! The men that smoke out here everyday aren’t even our neighbors! They are visitors and are making our street look like trash! Maybe you need to enforce no littering or put trash barrels out! Clearly something needs to be done.
