    Rats from corner market and restaurant at Stoughton St and Whitby Terrace infesting the property and neighboring properties. Food and waste left at these businesses are causing a wider neighborhood infestation. 145 Stoughton is bearing the brunt of the overrun of rats from these businesses and has hired pest control but the problem cannot be resolved if the source of the infestation is not dealt with at the businesses next door.
