    Like always this vehicle parks in handicap with no handicap placard, I seen him in the neighborhood and he definitely doesn’t have a handicap placard. I have called police station and reported this vehicle several times a month, no one seems to give him a ticket, warning or nothing- is not fair for those who really need the spot specially during slippery days with barely any walk through like today.
