    This is the back door of building at 5 Battery St. this back door is located on 6 Salutation St and is clearly not shoveling sidewalks. Worse are these ice dams that have made Salutation St a complete hazard to walk on. Please have inspectional services look into this and fine the owner. Every year same problem with absolutely no accountability. In the meantime the city should protect its residents and salt or sand Salutation St before someone gets seriously hurt.
